Shocked to discover that it cost 15 pounds a day to park in the parking lot of this hotel, which I was paying to stay at—we had no idea about this hidden charge and had no alternative except to pay it. Also, our room contained both a bible and the Book of Mormon—bizarre.

Kept awake all night by what we thought was water problem - realised in morning there was an air conditioning problem. Wished we’d just driven from Carlisle for flight as hardly any sleep at all!! £15 car parking was another surprise !!!!!!

Nothing special. Everything costs extra (breakfast, parking, weighing your luggage). Comfortable bed. No fan in the bathroom so it gets extremely hot/steamy during showers. Convenient walk to the airport but that’s really the only reason to book here.

It's an airport hotel. Just wanted a quiet room near the airport for an early morning departure. Check in was easy, could not hear the jets and was able to catch some Zzs. Lots of partyers in the busy lobby restaurant but I could not hear them from my room. Shower stall had no door which I found a bit odd.
