Not bad for the money!

Get what you pay for, half board, 2 nights, front view, just under £100 each. Room not massive, bathroom the smallest ever! Corridor smelly (mix of sewer and dog). Food good, bed comfortable, staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Would i stay again, ,,, Yes for the price! Just remember to take a deep breath before you do the landing run lol.

I came for the air show but to have chosen such a lovely hotel to stay in with such lovely staff and my I add delicious breakfast, that set me up for the day.

It is very dated and needs sprucing up,the hot water took14 mins to come through hot enough to shave,and the shower took ages to come through and then it was only Luke warm and no power in the water it wasn' t powerful enough

The hotel looks run down before you even go in. We called and booked an extra night before we go there and was told 79 then they said 102. They did then charge us 79. The room was small, the bathroom was so small and not much room to move around, the bed was uncomfortable and not straight No cooked option for veggies

Unfortunately my double bed was 2 singles put together which was uncomfortable for my partner and me. We were disappointed that there was a window over looking the bed that had no curtain or blind so the sun came in at 5 to wake us up. Another problem was why wouldn’t you give guests a hand towel? After washing your hands the only item available was toilet roll.

The hotel and staff were lovely. The bar needs work there is not really a welcoming sign or and music that has to be kept low you could hardly hear it. Was overall ok but after being told that there were council renting for temporary accommodation and homeless tennants I don't think we'll be back. Shame nice hotel.

Wonderful, attentive staff, great service, lovely room, great breakfast… our two boys cried when we told them we were going home! Thank you to all the team at the Esplanade for making our anniversary weekend such a memorable one.

Super seafront hotel

Superb stay here for a few days. Lovely seafront hotel with plenty of parking (£6 a day).The rooms have been recently decorated so they were very nice.The staff were super friendly & nothing was too much. Comfy beds,clean towels and a good selection for tea & coffee making.
