The room was nice and clean and we had excellent quick service. The only feedback we have is that the towels were small and a little scratchy.

The biggest issue we had with our stay was the need for upgrades in the rooms. For example: lamps that have oitlets whether it be plugs or usb. TV that has a volume control meaning it has a volume. We were extrmely disappointed with our stay because of the condition of the guest rooms. Overall the hotel was clean (minus the smoking in the casino) and the staff was very freindly.

This is a somewhat dated but otherwise sufficient place to stay for a night or two. From a utility standpoint it checks all the boxes except for not having a refrigerator in the room. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. No extra charge for service dogs!

Bare minimum...
The room is marketed "Standard" but it's really just meet the bare minimum... not even have a hand soap. The bathroom has 2 towels and there is nothing else in the room.

A great stay for our visit to the valley.
Nice people. Dated, but well kept site. Room was clean, serviced every day with new towels and amenities. Carpet a bit old, but well kept. Good heat and air. Room smelled fresh. A very nice and reasonable stay for our visit to death valley.

While visiting Pahrump Nevada as my center point for hiking Mt. Charleston Nevada or Death Valley, CA, Saddle West Hotel is my go to hotel primarily because of the most welcoming and professional staff such as MICHELLE and CAROLINE at the front desk, ELENA in house keeping and HOLLY the waitress in the buffet. These individuals including most of the staff I've interacted with make you feel like extended family. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. Parking is most sufficient and the price for a delectable breakfast, lunch or dinner is most affordable.

It was a decent stay. I wasn't prepared for the cigarette smoke in the casino. The breakfast was pretty good and the wait staff was great. I'd stay there again...
