We were passing through. Arrived kind of late. Room was fine. Shower was HOT (good!) and had great water pressure. Bed was comfy. Nice breakfast for morning.

The hotel served its basic purpose for a night's sleep, but it didn't meet expectations in several areas. The AC was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax fully, and the breakfast options were minimal. It’s fine for a night's stay if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect much in terms of comfort or amenities.

The room was clean but outdated. The soundproofing in the room was not very good; I could hear my neighbors sneeze, cough, and use of the restroom. This wasn't the first hotel I stayed at on this road trip, but it was the first one that made me use my earplugs. However, the breakfast area was very cute and clean. The continental breakfast selection was great.

Great value for an overnight stay
Good first impression - the flowers & pumpkins (October) just outside the entrance, charming lobby & breakfast area. These may seem like little things, but are signs the owners take pride in their property. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The high ratings I saw when I was shopping for hotels in Pagosa Springs are well-deserved.
