The elevator was located at one end of the building and our rooms were clear at the other. This made it difficult for our aging mother to walk. There should definitely be two banks of elevators, one on each end, or one in the middle. Not a great set up.
There was no ice machine on the third floor, the one on the second floor did not work, and there was no bottled water available in any of the vending machines. They were all sold out. It was difficult to get water and ice.
Also, they were training a new agent when we arrived. And there was no one else there to help. The second agent needed to help the trainee, but the line and the wait was getting longer. There should’ve been another agent there helping so the first could focus on training. Eventually, someone did come, but it took quite a while.
The rooms were clean and the AC unit worked well. The price was right, but I don’t know if I would stay there again.
