There was hair in the bathtub, the shower water was cold, the room was hot and the air conditioning was too noisy. Moreover the person who welcomed us was not very friendly. Otherwise the breakfast was good and we still slept well.

This hotel is a thief. WE checked out after our work project was completed early and asked for a refund of the 2 rooms for the 5 days we left early, and were told it is not possible, yet they rented the rooms

The property was an older facility in not the best part of Page AZ. However, the room was decent AND WAS available on a holiday weekend on short notice. So those are the crucial things. On our lastorning,ba crew started tearing the roof off the neighboring building at around 6am No fault of Best Western. They did not have an English speaking person at the front desk ememegen the "breakfast" was in full swing.

When you walk in to check in you dont get a real person. You are talking through a machine making it extremely difficult to understand. The room was very old and outdated. The extra lock on the door didnt work. There was no ironing board.

This was the last room available in Page after our original reservation fell through, and we were charged a very steep price of around $350 for one night. My advice is: always double check your booking ahead of time

We had to check in via a machine in the lobby. The person it was connected to could not be understood so we had to read the screen. It took about 4 times as long to check in as it would have if there was a person at the desk. For this reason and the lack of parking we would not recommend this property.

The room was very dirty The bathtub had blood stains , when we checked in and there was water dripping from the sink and shower all night House keeping cud not remove the blood stains from the tub. We had to put a towel over it and then take a shower

Avoid this dump

My disappointment and frustration started at check in. The kiosk that is being used is a joke at best. Where is the person that you talk to through the kiosk? Behind the wall like The Wizard of Oz? At one point there was 7 people in line. What should taken 10 minutes max took almost 40 minutes. Then we got to the room which was filthy. Good thing we had sandals to shower in as the bathroom was disgusting. There was no way to report this as there is nobody at the front desk. The only good thing is we were only there one night. Avoid this place at all costs.

The check in was a remote person & it was hard to understand him, so I waited for a person to check us in. The staff were friendly & helpful & our room was clean. The property is dated, there was a roped off metal staircase that was waiting for repairs & there was repairs going on for the cable tv, we had no tv service for 24 hours. It was safe & clean.
