Tired old hotel
Great front desk and housekeeping staff but hotel is in poor condition. Faucets leaked, drapes were torn, paint job was very sloppy. This is a tired old motel that is in desperate need of some love.

We had a great stay. This is an older bldg. & could use an upgrade. The shower & sink took awhile for water to run down drain. The pool is outside & not taken care of. Water was freezing which is ok during day but evening not. Breakfast was fine - staff was very friendly. View we had was awesome & room was large. Close to everything you need within walking distance. I wud stay there again.

I am allergic to mold and unfortunately the bathroom in my room has mold. In addition, there is no hot water. When I informed the front desk, they said they were unable to do anything about it because maintenance had already left.

Basic motel in a good location. Room was large with deck facing Lake Powell. OK value fir the price compared with other similar properties. No elevator. To use the pool we had to go outside and around the other vuilding. Property is overdue for updates. Arrive early for complimentary breakfast as food was not replenished much after 8 am.

At first they gave is a room which stinks like toilet. None of the amenities worked. The lobby has really bad smell. Most importantly they don’t have elevator!!!
