Hotel is in a pretty location. We paid for a room With an upgraded room only to realize the railing is stucco, so you need to stand to see the view, you cant sit out and see anything. Rooms were dated. We had a half a roll of toilet paper called for more, they never brought it. The doors into the building did not lock so anyone could come and go. Glad it was only a one night stay.

Nice bar staff but reception staff and cafe staff unwelcoming. Foodstuff on curtains, bathroom door did not close as it was warped, vanity plug missing which left open hole and two chairs on balcony far too short as you could not see over brick wall to lake view. When this was mentioned as a suggestion to look at the reception staff just stated the manager won’t change this.

The views and proximity to the lake are amazing. One of the most beautiful places you will ever see. The rooms are average. However there are rooms with decks so you can sit and look at the view which you could do all day long its so nice. The only bad part was the food which is terrible.

You cannot get a more beautiful setting for a hotel than this. Waking up to the view was unbelievable. It felt fake. I will say that our room did not have enough toilet paper, and I had to trek to the hotel lobby to get some at 5:30am. I tried calling but no one picked up. The fridge in the room was not cleaned out prior to our arrival. Also, I had no idea that I had to go to the lobby for pool towels. The one coffee shop in the lobby was out of a lot of what was listed on their menu. That was disappointing when we didn’t want to pay and sit for the buffet. I would do it all again for the view and location. That was priceless.

Pros: Great location with a couple of food options. Convenient to book boat tours and rent boats. Parking is close to rooms. Cons: If you sit on your balcony, you have a view of a wall. You have to stand up for a view unless you’re over 6’ tall I suppose. The towels are just awful. They’re old, stringy and rough. The soap dispenser in the shower dispensed a minimal amount of soap. Bring your own soap. Everything in the room looked a bit worn and there were bugs in the bathroom light fixture. If you’re expecting a luxury room, this is not it.

The property and scenery was beautiful. Check in was quick and easy and staff was nice. The food at the 2 restaurants was great too however there were high fees due to being on a reservation and it would have been nice if this was disclosed before the meal. Also while the property was nice the room could have been cleaner, there was some hair in the tub from the last guest and many gnats flying around the room.

We stayed just one night, lodge is decent with all standard amenities, bit over priced but if you are really going for lake activities then make sense otherwise we suggest better to stay in Page city if your there for antelope canyon. Also note that this lodge is within Glen Canyon national.park boundry so you will.have to pay park fees.

This property offers the most amazing views. It is one of the most peaceful properties I have ever stayed. Only sounds where the coyotes . Staff was great rooms were clean. Will definitely return. Don't miss the afternoon boat trip around the lake.

Rooms need a major refurbishment. Furniture old. Mattress was acceptable. Not clean and many Maintenace issues. Toilet broken, ants , phone did not work. Manager gave us a $50 refund.

I specifically had contacted the hotel prior saying that we were getting engaged a few days prior to our stay, so any extra touches would be appreciated. They said they would note it. When we arrived, there was no mention of this note on my reservation, on top of our room not being ready. Then getting into the room there weren’t any extra touches. I don’t really care about the lack of extra touches, but don’t say you’ll make a note on the file and then not follow through on top of having to wait for the room. Otherwise the facilities were very nice and we had a nice view and access to the pool.
