The location was well located. It didn't feel welcoming. There were (blood) stains in the bedding. I can't imagine making the bed then. Very loud airconditioning.

Everything is perfect except that the receptionist wasn’t friendly. She spoke in such low voice that I couldn’t hear what she was saying, and when I asked her questions, she looked at me as if I were an idiot:(

The cleaning products used in the common areas has a bad odor. When booking the room it stated pet friendly but they do not disclose that there is a $25.00 fee per pet until you check in. Also for being pet friendly there are a lot of burr type stickers in the planters always having to remove from paws, would not recommend if looking for a pet friendly place

Front desk staff were great but can't say the same for their housekeeping team. The woman who came to our door was condescending and unhelpful. They don't know what good customer service is. Won't be leaving a tip for them and won't recommend this hotel.
