Our one bed was not cleaned. It had blood stains on the mattress and sheets. So disgusting!!!! We tried to get moved to a different room and they were sold out. We were told we would get a refund, but because we used Expedia they could not issue a refund then. We rebooked with Expedia.

Big room and close to the Antelope Canyon. The breakfast was pour very basic with no warm options except from the waffle maker. The room was outdated and with pour sound isolation. It was OK for one night but very expensive for the room quality and what they offer.

The bathroom floor was dirty. There was what appeared to be a big blood stain on the carpet. The receptionist, although pleasant and friendly, could not tell us what time it was, Mountain or Navajo Reservation time. The breakfast was Ok. The yogurt cups were slightly frozen. The lobby lemon water was a good.

Toilet didn’t flush. The front desk person was the only one working and couldn’t help. She sent the maid and she couldn’t help. Finally moved to another room. Keys didn’t work. Had to have keys re-coded several times. Front desk person was not friendly and was on her cell phone.
