Needs renovations
The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned up. The staff was trying to keep as clean as possible but condition of facility needs to be addressed. The rooms had an odor.

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The only reason we didn't leave to get a room elsewhere is because it was the night before Thanksgiving when we arrived. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and what looked like blood stains on the floor of the shower. The water did not get warm at all so showering was out of the question. There were holes around an electrical outlet on one wall and large spots with missing paint on another. The room was not very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. Absolutely not worth what we paid.

Keep my money, it will be the last you receive.
We were in a terrible automobile accident a couple hundred miles away from this hotel. We were not able to make it to the hotel due to hospital visits, and other logistical events due to the accident. We called the hotel to cancel, which they said they did. They also said that we would probably not get a refund. Another $30 PER PERSON for the insurance is outrageous, and i'm still cheaper by just letting you keep our money, which is still outrageous in itself. I have injured children due to an accident that was not my fault. My vehicle is totaled and lying dead in a tow yard somewhere in Florida. I called the hotel as quickly as possible to cancel. I will never give this chain my business again.
