Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 5:30pm. Room was “almost clean” went to check on room 10min later the housekeeper was still in there. Requested new room, front desk was annoyed that we had the audacity to ask for a room that was already clean instead of waiting on our original room that was still dirty TWO hours after the check in time. He ended up magically finding a different room for us after we waited in the lobby some more with a crying 2month old. The TV in the new room didn’t work, the curtains were half off. The ice machine and water machine at this facility don’t work either. Checkout the next morning we waited at the front desk to turn in key… the front desk lady in slippers was outside sitting on a bench smoking.

Don't try to check-in early!

They didn't allow us to check in 35 minutes ahead of time without paying an extra $25. Rooms were ready. When 3pm came we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. TV set up had a problem. The faucet actually moved when you turned on the water. Best thing was the breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. Rooms are a little outdated and there were some stains on the white beding. There was not a fridge in the room which was kind of disapointing. They have a nice breakfast area and a cute outdoor seating area.

Good place to stop and take a break from the road. Fairly clean, older hotel so not perfect. I don’t do the “Eco friendly” bs so left that blank.

The lobby smelled of stale smoke. Was weird that they had no card holders for the room keys they ripped off a piece of paper and hand wrote out room numbers on it. the ice water dispenser in lobby was out of cups The carpet was very dirty. the chairs in breakfast room were stained. the vending machines (multiple) were out of order. The bed sheets were not clean they were wrinkled and had crumbs between the sheets. The bathroom smelled of sour wash water. There were room keys laying on the nightstand from the last customer so did they even wipe anything down? In the morning, they ran out of bread items( english muffins bread ect.), no fruit, Coffee machine was broken so guests had to go to gas station across the street to pay for their own coffee. Every time a guest would ask the breakfast room attendant if they could refill something either it was broken, or they were all out. I paid for my room on hotels.com and was notified on while I was across the street buying my own coffee by my credit card company that the hotel also billed me for my room. I went back across the street and asked the front desk to refund it and was verbally abused by the desk clerk and had to listen to her complaints about her job and how short of help they were. Please stop advertising this property on your website if I could give them negative stars, I would award them a negative 5 stars they are beyond awful!!!

You BBC pile tell they didn’t clean the room between guests…still garbage and a piece of toilet paper shoved in the peep hole…bed was terribly uncomfortable and staff was nice but knew nothing about surrounding areas

Don’t do it

Disgusting. Do not recommend doing it. Not allowed to get extra towels. Vending machines do not work. Guy at front desk said he just cleaned the room. I’m pretty sure the sheets were dirty as they were wrinkled like someone slept in it Comforter had what looked like dried boogers on it and stained. Shower curtain orange at bottoms. The floors were dirty that every time u got in the bed you had to rake it out from your feet. Trash under sink. Nasty behind the bathroom door. Told them and they didn’t care at all

This place is a dump then they charged 3.99 for incidentals they say they charge everyone plus the room smelled like pee. Toilet wasn’t working I’m sure it overflows hence why the room smells. I do not recommend this place and Expedia needs to refund me
