La regadera de la recámara no permitía el paso del agua y salía un chorrito de agua fría. Las sábanas y cobijas estaban duras. Hacía calor en el cuarto. En cuanto al restaurante, los platos colocados en el bufet tenían polvo y no puedo creer que sigan usando vasos de plástico y unicel. La jarra del agua se terminaba inmediatamente y no la rellenaban. No catalogaron las jarras que tenían en la mesa sin color y no hay opción de jugos naturales ni artificiales y se supone que es para el desayuno.

Falta de sriedad, la recervacion que hice por expedia, no la respetaron, al hacer valer la recervacion me dijeron que ya no estaba disponible porque ya la habían dado a otro cliente, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Y OJALÁ HAGAN LO MISMO, gracias.

Las llaves del lavabo de la habitación que nos asignaron estaban rotas, lo que ocasionó que el agua se saliera y la habitación se sintiera húmeda. Solo nos proporcionaron más toallas para ponerlas en el piso

Me gustó que la habitación es grande, cómoda y pet friendly. No me gustó que encontré un jabón usado en la regadera y parecía que era del anterior huésped. (Quiero pensar que por error no lo quitaron pero me deja pensando que la limpieza es dudosa) En general está muy bien el hotel

Buen hotel, con detalles fáciles de resolver.
En general el hotel está bien. Le comenté a la encargada que al entrar a la habitación se sentía olor a "encerrado", que sería bueno ventilar las habitaciones antes que lleguen los huéspedes. Esperaba que el desayuno lo servirían temprano, Yo tenía que estar en el trabajo a las 7:30 y el desayuno lo empiezan a servir a las 8:00

El personal del hotel con un trato muy cordial, el único problema es que al llegar al hotel me comentaron que no aparecía ninguna reservación a mi nombre por lo que se tuvo que hacer el registro físico desde el inicio como si nunca hubiera hecho reservación.
