The roll-up blind was ripped. So in a dark room for 3 days. No remote control. Took staff an hour to find one. Asked for another room. Request denied as I booked thru EXPEDIA. Why can't a EXPEDIA member get the same top notch service as anyone else? Not happy.

I liked the local best posters near the elevators describing the best Oxford had to offer as far as food, shopping, and tourism. We took several suggestions from those handmade posters! Great idea. I didn't like the smell of marijuana coming from the front hallway rooms on the 3rd floor around the 319-320 areas!

Staff was great. Noise noise noise in my room. Couldn’t sleep. Was awoken multiple time throughout the night from highway and strange sounds in the room. I’m pretty sure it was plumbing and hvac. The showers next door and even in our room made a LOUD LOUD noise. It was pretty terrible. Bad enough for me not to stay here again. Food was subpar at restaurant but staff was good.
