Handicap parking was full with cars that didn’t have a decal and we parked in the stripped area and we were asked to move our car(didn’t realize it was stripped at the time and I understand moving it) but no one else was asked to moved theirs …
Other than that the facility was fine
We also rented the event room downstairs for my daughters graduation party. The staf was so kind and even helped me set up. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends
The front desk associate, Imani, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. It was a real pleasure for coming from being on the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trail to checkin at the Hampton Inn. She definitely made me feel at home.
To upper corporate management, please recognize the outstanding quality of service that Imani provides to your team. It’s only because of good folks like her that make me want to come back.
