Although it was booked as a pet friendly accessible room - they initially had us in a non-pet friendly room. Pre-checkin indicated that it was not a pet friendly motel and that we would be fined $300 if we brought a pet. When went to room after checking the and the room door was wedged open and the beds looked like someone had been lying on them or at least sitting on them. The floors were visibly dirty. The motel is advertised as non-smoking yet people were smoking outside the patio door to our room and thus the room reeked of smoke. During the night smoke continued to enter the room through the washroom vent. Breakfast is subpar and the cutlery (plastic) is not usable. Overall it was a bed to sleep in but would not recommend as a holiday stay.

There was no housekeeping. At all. The people in the next room were fighting and carousing on Saturday night/Sunday morning. We called the front desk but there was no one there. About 5 a.m. the noise stopped. Our heat didn’t work the first day/night. Fortunately it came on the next day. I think it would help your guests by providing instructions for the television. The front desk clerk came to our room to help. I think I won’t stay at a Travelodge again.

Owen sound getaway!
It was comfortable and quiet, we did not like that they had no elevator and we were on the second floor, no one helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs, I have a disability with my legs so this was not good but we did not complain

The only problem we had was a miserable person at the desk when we checked in on the 4th of October. The next morning a different person on the desk was friendly and everything else was perfect.

The phone rang through the night and it was the front desk however they could not hear me. Phone flashed error. Smoke detector battery was running low and beeping throughout the night. The tenant next to our room was screaming until 4am. People knocking on my door No sleep for me and other tenants
