The property is well kept. My concern is what I booked and paid for was not what I received. I booked a 2 bedroom with a king bed and 1 queen bed and sofa. Instead I got 2 queen bed and sofa. Also i had to wait over 2hours after 4 pm to get a room. How do I get a refund for the difference in prices.

Hotel room was nice. There was no blanket for the pull out couch bed so we had to contact concierge who brought one promptly. The shower didn’t drain so whoever didn’t use the shower first had to have their feet and legs in someone’s dirty water. Walkable to all areas. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone who was looking to relax and wind down. The room was loud with the windows shut and curtains closed because they have live music blaring outside and you can hear the screaming kids. The pool area is garbage if you're not one of the loud families hogging chairs for people who aren’t even outside. Children in the hot tub jumping and splashing and screaming.

Pleasant stay. The only suggestion I have is to please have the cleaners respect the 11:00 am check out time. We had someone knocking at 10:45 am as we were getting ready to leave.
