The stay was great. We were even upgraded to a better suite. However this one night getaway was really sort of a staycation, we were hoping to wake up at 10:00 am and check out at 11. However the room had an alarm clock that went off at 7am and ruined our plan of sleeping in which literally we only wanted to do. Otherwise everything was great.

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at Grand Georgian and we were really looking forward to spending some time in the hot tub that was advertised as being open all season on the website. However, when we talked to the front desk to ask directions on how to get there she informed us that the hot tubs were not available in the winter and were currently closed. I found out after leaving from family who had recently been there and utilised the hot tub fhat they are in fact open and we were misinformed. We were also shocked to have to pay for parking on site when you pay so much for the rooms. We have never been to a hotel that you have to pay for parking on top of the room price. Highly disappointing.

I didn’t like anything in my bldg. My room smells so strongly of DOG that it is nauseating. If I hadn’t booked thru Expedia, I would have refused to stay in here. The room needs some serious attention to cleaning the floors properly. But the smell is the worst. And there are no staff anywhere to be seen. I wish I’d paid more and stayed at the Weston Marriott. Would never stay in this facility again. The check in staff simply couldn’t explain how to get into this building from the street. It took much searching on my part to figure it out.

Enjoyed being right in Blue Mountain village to walk to shops, restaurants and easy to grab a coffee in the morning. The room was wonderful! Only downside is parking options are limited to paying $20/day for the underground garage or walking a long ways away for an outdoor parking lot. I think parking should be included in the room rates. Outdoor hot tub was good!
