Be careful with check in time, they tell you 4PM but then when the room wasn’t ready at 4, they reminded us that check in “starts” at 4, and not guaranteed. We didn’t get our room until 5. Don’t make dinner reservations based on this time.

Room was quite nice and reasonably priced. The second floor room was also directly above a bar that BLASTED DISCO MUSIC until 1:07 AM on a Wed night. After the music stopped, we had 30 minutes of furniture being dragged around and of course all kinds of loud, drunk people milling around outside. Worst sleep in months, pretty sure I will not return.

I know we visited at the busy week but we found a pair of glasses under the dining table, many chocolate bits around the couch and coffee table when we open the sofa bed. That indicates that the room was not cleaned properly. Glasses are so big how can anyone miss it!!! The front desk did not show any effort to find a connecting room for me and my friend... I thought staying at the village we are able to access to the Inn's pool as well but the front desk said that is not the case and he was doing us a favor to allow access. (Did the policy changed over 2yrs?) The good thing about the property is you can walk to the slops and store!

Wonderful stay! Overall, a great experience. Everything is really close to the hotel, and the ski hill is within walking distance. Super great to get around on foot. Checking in to the hotel was a bit of a pain (zero place to park to check-in), but once we checked in and parked underground, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here during the week of family day but the guest services did not tell us that our ticket for ski is on the south side so we missed some parts of our ski lesson after we lined up for rental on the main hill which took way too long and we did not got our skis from there anyways. Had to go to south side to walk all the way to get the ski rental
