The receptionist was not willing to accomadate our complaint. Our heater would not work She came in the 1st time and tried to fix it. Then it didnt work again so we asked to be switched to a different room. She refused. She said you have to keep hitting the button several times until it works. After travelling all day we didnt feel that we should have to do that. It eventually did work but it was the attitude she had. We were also ,I believe, the only car in the parking lot. We will not stay there again. Many choices in the neighborhood which would accomadate us with respect.

The hotel was very dirty, my room had the window wide open so it was 30 degrees in there, missing multiple light bulbs, alarm clock broken, dirty stained pillow and sheets. I will never go there again and don’t recommend it.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. My issue was very few rooms were rented out yet they put everyone right next door to each other. The walls are paper thin and I had to listen to a gentleman cough and vomit all night for 2 nights listen to his tv full blast and his alarm go off 2 mornings in a row at 5 am which he kept hitting snooze so it went off repeatedly.. i got pretty much zero sleep. Why aren't they spacing out paying customers to avoid this? I also went down for breakfast the first morning at 8:30 and all the eggs and pancakes were already bagged up and put in the refrigerator where one has to warm them up. Like what?? Breakfast is to be served until 10 and every hotel i have ever stayed at keeps their food out and hot until then, so Im assuming that if I had wanted a hot breakfast I better be there by 6 . The staff there are very courteous and friendly but I honestly do feel that they need to space guests out because of the paper thin walls and have that hot breakfast available until 10 so a guest doesn't have to take the time to warm up their breakfast. Luckily enough I didn't have to be somewhere right away but others might need to be and might not have had the luxury or time to do so. If it wasn't for those two things I would have rated this as excellent.

Ramada stay

The rooms are comfortable. I dont know if they do this in every room but our clock was unpugged and the lights by the bed unplugged also. My husband is 80 and I am 75. I crawled on floor to get them plugged back in. Could have called front desk to do this but why do you unplugged them

It was an older hotel that was probably amazing in its day. However, even though it was a bit run down, it was a great, affordable place to stay. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only downside of our stay was the breakfast. Very limited in choices but at least they had something.

My only complaints I really have were, when going for continental breakfast it was in a closed restaurant attached to hotel. The heat did not seem to work in there. Was disappointed to find the pool was closed due to a heating issue, but it was still an alright stay.

False advertisement!!

It stated it had a heated pool, which was not heated or available. Your pictures show a great breakfast, and it was nothing like as shown. I had to heat up my sausage in the microwave!! REALLY!! The coffee was horrible! Poor breakfast!! If you are going to show pictures of your hotel, at least make them correct, not show something that is not 'REAL'! The customer service was great! Very friendly! But the rooms were cold even though I had the heat on high! Beds were uncomfortable!

The roads were icy, so I interrupted my trip to crash for the night. This choice was fine. I wish that the toilets had more pressure, but otherwise I was fine with my room and I enjoyed my breakfast!
