If you must
No wifi and no tv available. Lack of staff that the crew at 11pm was still cleaning rooms just trying to keep the doors open. Run down and could use a new owner who cares. Staff tried their best. They offered to send us across road for rooms at another hotel owned by same owner but would have tv. They called to check rooms but none of the staff were there. They left hotel unattended. I asked for a refund and I would go else where but since we made reservation on 3rd party app, Hotels.com, they couldn't help us except to give us a room with no tv or wifi. We had no choice since we had been in the road for 12hrs. Woke for breakfast to find out was still closed, morning staff said they didn't know anyone was even staying in the hotel last night, yet there were at least 10 cars in lot. Room was ok, beds n pillows ok. Shower hot, guess that's all we need??

stay was fine. cut it short but overall not horrible. curtains were skimped out on by management. i could see all the action going on from the outside. for a floor level room it’s pretty sketchy. there was a tv but not ONE SINGLE channel to watch since they’re all paid. might as well take the tv out until someone pays if that’s how they operate. wouldn’t recommend unless someone was REALLY in a pinch like i was

First night an employee tried to come in while we slept. Then had the nerve to say you want me to call the police. Saying we not suppose to be there. Second night when we came our keys don’t work found out another worker went in and said she wanted to change pillow case when she was the front desk employee. Very poor costumer service

The property is relatively run-down compared to other motels in the area. Bathrooms are dated. Front desk had put up signs to indicate the hotel was sold out for 9/1 because of a festival in town; however, there were limited cars in the parking lot overnight and it felt as though it was more related to staffing issues. Breakfast options were sufficient and the waffles were yummy. Will choose different lodging next time.

Normally I find the rating on hotels.com to be pretty accurate, but not this time. Maybe we were put in an old room but it was a dump. The bathroom was disgusting, the door lock seemed sketchy. The bed was just ok. Breakfast was subpar. I would not stay here again. No way is it an 8.2 hotel.

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The property was dirty and unsafe. My room smelled like cigarettes when it’s suppose to have been a “non smoking” room. The staff was friendly and helpful and upgraded me to a better room. Unfortunately even the suites where horrible one of the restrooms didn’t even work. The sheets and pillows smelled like cigarettes. Carpet was sticky in certain areas as well overall horrible hotel i don’t recommend.
