Our room has multiple issues from stain(possibly blood) on the curtain, mold in the shower and on the shower head to unusable phones and assess card system not working. Never again will I stay there!

The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was nice but was not terribly welcoming. She told us about the hours for entry doors, pool hours and when breakfast was served. However, we had to ask for guidance on how to get to our room. (Which was in a weird, tiny hallway). Only the pool worked, not the hot tub which had caution tape around it. Our room was smaller than expected but that was ok. The bathroom door did not close, it appeared as it it was hung incorrectly on it’s hinges. The bathroom had patches in the walls around the light fixture above the mirror and around the bar in the tub. At least, it was quiet.

We stayed as a family with a child….room was very clean, air conditioner worked great, pool was heated and was a great temperature, the check-in process was quick, quiet room, and comfortable bed. We will stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

We have stayed here several times. The breakfast doesn't have very many selections so we always just go to McDonald's. This time at the hotel we were woken up by kids running around in the hall outside our room and dogs barking at 7:30 in the morning for over an hour.
