You get no local stations. So don't stay there on Sunday expecting to watch football. The beds were hard for it besides that the place was fantastic it was great

We liked this property when we stayed before on third floor but not as much this time, because on second floor the street light on the west side shines in our window. They really need to get black out curtains that close all the way when the street lights can shine in, not just sheer curtains for the middle of the window. We love the cleanliness and the shower is great, and lots of towels. Just bring a clothespin to close the black out side curtains a little more so the light does not shine in your eyes if on second floor.

Hotel was new, very clean and comfortable, with an excellent restaurant on site. Only downside was yahoos doing donuts in the nearby parking lot at 2 a.m. with subwoofers booming.

Very clean, friendly, great showers, comfortable beds. We liked the variety of foods for breakfast. Clean pool too. The night we were there some young men were across the street in a parking lot burning donuts near midnight. Once I knew what it was I went back to sleep

I've stayed at Cobblestones around Iowa for business, so knew what to expect when booking this hotel. Decided to book a king suite this time, however, since my spouse was with me. Really appreciated the extra space, though the tv in the seating area was mounted too high on the wall for comfortable viewing. Nice size bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of pillows. Road noise was noticeable but didn't bother us once we went to sleep. Didn't get to try the standard breakfast offerings because of our schedule. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is with the parking -- the hotel is next to an event center and when in use by a large gathering, there is a parking problem. The hotel does NOT have dedicated parking for guests, so when there are no available spaces near the building, you have to park some distance away. Poor planning on the park of the developers! Still, we would stay here again when in the area.
