breakfast was a disaster.... cold eggs, fruit choice consisted of an apple (no proper fresh fruit), coffee was empty (its 2024, perhaps invest in an inexpensive nespresso machine), I had to chase staff for forks as they ran out). Don'f fall for "breakfast is included". Go elsewhere. the room....I stayed in 2 queen bed....room is large and clean. beds are too soft, causing back pain. Bathroom was clean and large. large enough bathroom for 2 sinks but instead just one with minimal counter space. I tried to speak to the manager multiple times. He was never there. Perhaps lack of management is why this hotel is so poorly run. All in all....hotel is over-priced for what you are getting. Terrible value. Stay elsewhere.

Very good for the price you pay. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Near shopping and perfect place if you go see a show or a hockey game at the Canadian Tire Centre; close enough to walk to the centre.

This was a rather new hotel and was very pleasant. Very good breakfast area. Close to shopping and the Canadian Tire Centre. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay.
Pricing a little high in my opinion overall but others around there were close to the same pricing. Room was clean, bright and beds comfortable. Water flow in shower was a little low but usable.
