Always a great experience at this hotel. The funniest part was when I walked in the girl tried to guess my name which was awesome. The breakfast is always good it's always the same thing it's either a sausage of some sort your choice of egg is either scrambled or the flat eggs and of course a potato and they got all the normal things such as pancakes but they also have baked beans which is the greatest thing ever. Hotels always clean I always seem to get the same room style which is great my biggest complaint about this is that the internet goes for a big crapper now obviously they can't control all that. So happy they got the hot tub finally fixed go for a soak. I like to see them have a few more options on their restaurant menu, I seem to order out away from there cuz I've eaten everything on their menu as I'm there quite a bit for work. I like to see some salads or something I know it's very difficult with the amount of traffic that goes through there so they have to limit their self to what they have. This is my go-to hotel. Easy to get to striking distance into Ottawa. I also stay here for personal as well but this was a business trip I was 3 weeks on the road home on weekends and came back every single time. I will be back at this hotel again, and again, and again.

The staff were not well informed and unable to help. We booked this property specifically for the hot tub and pool and it was closed both days. Staff told us it would be open in the morning and it wasn’t. They also didn’t get back to us when we had questions. It was also very icey in the parking lot and the breakfast bar wasn’t well stocked.

Had an emergency breakdown so we never could make it to hotel room and manager just said it was prepaid so he wasn’t going to cancel it. Not very impressed. The day cost me enough with the breakdown and the hotel to do that. We will not ever stay there

Dream hotel.

We really liked it, we were in the jacuzzi and in the pool. We also went to the gym, the room was cozy and warm, very clean. Next time we are in Ottawa, and spend the night in a hotel Wingate!
