Good basic accommodation for a reasonable price. Complimentary breakfast was average but good. More attention needs to be paid to mold under rim of bathroom sink. Sink design could contribute to this issue. Otherwise, room was clean. Television reception was not steady with loss of signal possibly due to snowy inclement weather(satellite?)

The room was quite dark, despite having all lights on, making it feel somewhat uninviting. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor that was less than pleasant, which I found uncomfortable during my stay. The room appeared to be unrenovated, Considering these issues, I would like to request a potential discount or a partial refund for my stay. I feel the room did not match the level of quality advertised and was not worth the price I paid.

We've been to this hotel number of times over the past few years and it's usually well kept and provides excellent customer service. This time was non different. This time we stayed in a room that was newly renovated and met with courteous staff at the front desk and specially in the breakfast area.
