The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there because a loved one was in hospital at the General hospital and this hotel was close, so that was very helpful.

This is far outdated with many repairs needed. Carpet in room was ripped and stained in many places. We reserved a queen size bed and got a double instead. The towel rack in shower was falling from wall

I needed a place to stay for a quick trip to Ottawa to attend a funeral. Travelodge met that basic requirement. If I was visiting for more than a day I would have moved elsewhere. The other guests in the lobby looked questionable with their luggage all over the place. At first glance the room looked nice but at closer inspection there was garbage on the floor under a bench, the bathtub was chipped and the bathroom door didn't close. When we left the room we noticed that the door did not automatically latch. The display in the elevator is stuck at 5:39pm on April 11 and shows it is one the first floor. I was worried I'd get stuck. I didn't say anything at the property as when I walked by the front desk it was dark however I will not recommend this property not stay at it again.

Kids and parents, screaming and yelling in the hallways, not respecting others , In the morning, 8 AM all year doors closing loudly and the cleaning staff making a bunch of noise in the hallways so it is impossible to sleep in

Your hotel is advertised as pet-friendly. I paid the $25 fee for my dog, plus put down a $200 damage deposit. The evening clerk was helpful. ln the morning I was questioned if the dog with me was mine. I was told it is not a pet-friendly hotel and I would have to leave. I was then told he was calling a manager. It was an unpleasant way to start the day.
