Do t stay at this location

We stayed one night on our way to surgery in Montreal. There were children running in the halls very late in the night. The bed was so hard my wife had to sleep in the chair. The deposit of $200 we were told on check out would take 5 business days to be returned. That was supposed to cover costs in Montreal. They never said upon check in 5 days! I would not recommend this hotel. All they could say was this is policy we are sorry. If explained properly it would have given us an opportunity to cover that extra expense.

Not clean towels at our arrival, the ceiling paint was flaking in the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean, no complaints in that regard. A lot noise in that area at night. The deposit is very expensive for that type of hotel. I recommend for short stays, but nothing more than 2-3days

The staff was great, but I was put into room 122 with a known issue with the thermostat. -27c outside?? So I was told after I mentioned the lack of heat. The sleeping quarters were immaculate and of good quality bedding and fixtures, the bathroom however needs a lot of work, mold under the soap dish, the ceiling was patched and not well quite visible, the baseboard by front closet was quite dirty.
