Common hotel but had thought of little things that can make a lot of difference for families that are staying. They have a sound machine for little ones, a collapsible bucket for laundry - free 24 hour laundry with free detergent!

The check in process was easy and the staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel room: excellent selection of pillow firmness, perfect reclining chair, the sofa bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and well quipped. Finally but not least, the breakfast was beyond the expectations. Most of the places we stayed with free breakfast were very simple but the Business Inn, there are lot of choices including breakfast sandwiches and take out snack kit.

I was very impressed that breakfast was offered in my room rate. Very few Ottawa hotels offer this. There were nice touches at breakfast as well. Maple syrup, blueberries, and almonds for the porridge. Quebec cheddar. Tasty egg treats, and bagels. They also did not overcharge for parking with a reasonable rate of $22 per day. The room also had thoughtful things: a motion light in the washroom, a makeup mirror. The huge bed, and free laundry(including detergent) facilities were awesome.

I've been staying at the Business Inn for 10 years, on visits to the heart institute. We were lucky enough to find it back then, and it's only continued to improve over the years.

The property was close to restaurants and most of the sights. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. We liked that breakfast was included and laundry was free to use too. The only thing we would have liked was a second bedside table in the room - I understand the property is marketed as a business inn, but as a couple we had to choose who got to use the one table.

Generally the property is very good and the staff are great plus the breakfast is amazing. Unfortunately we had 2 issues in our room that needed maintenance but the guy came quick and fixed the issue immediately

One of the best hotel we have stayed! The room is spacious with a full size of kitchen. There are even a computer and a printer in the room. The free breakfast is awesome. Free laundry and gym are provided. Very good location. 15 minutes walk to parliament hill. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service. Room was also very clean and had all things I needed. I needed to print documents and most of the places were already closed, but to my surprise, I found a printer in the room ready to use. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend to others.
