I liked most of the things. Didn't care for the egg-bacon sandwich for the breakfast. The fruits were difficult to eat; they should be cut. Individually wrapped cutleries - is that a better alternative for the environment? I am not sure. (Most people were not using the compost bin properly.) I ended up with a room with windows facing a wall next door. I should have been given a choice to move on my 2nd or 3rd day after I requested it. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel for the price, I thought.

Very nice apartment suites. like you have your own apartment in Ottawa, very clean and very nice staff who accommodate almost everything. They’ll give you 10$ back if you choose not to have room service for the day! Underground parking is great. Would highly recommend!
