We decided on that hotel because of the EV charger in the parking lot. We had a great experience overall. Breakfast was very good. Pricing was fair. Bedroom was spacious, more like a 2 1/2 appartment than a bedroom actually. Staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely go again next time we come to Ottawa.

Great hotel

We stayed in the execute suite for two nights. They offered a twin rollaway bed free of charge. The room was spacious, equipped with a kitchen that came with everything you would need. Unfortunately the burners of the stove were weak. Otherwise the kitchen and the room were great and beyond our expectation. Beds were comfy and clean. Bed sheets and linens were also clean and had no strange smell. Our family loved how everything was self served - extra blankets, towels and bed sheets were stored in a room down the hall and we were encouraged to take them as needed. The breakfast was epic with a huge variety of food selections, both continental style and hot foods. My kids absolutely loved everything this hotel had to offer. Too bad they don't have a pool but their gym was decent! This hotel is located in the heart of Ottawa., Everything was within walking distance and lots of different restaurants nearby!

The business inn doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is exceptional value. Rooms are large, quiet and most importantly clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. As long as you don't expect the Ritz-Carlton for amenities, this is the place. Always stay here when in Ottawa.

The staff were veey polite, the location is super convenient, the rooms are very large and very clean well stocked with toiletries and coffee/dishes. The free breakfast was incredible.
