Wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly at the front. The room was fantastic with the best pull out couch I have ever seen in a hotel. An easy walk to all the Ottawa sites. Breakfast was great with lots of seating available. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious suite with 2 pull out beds, i liked how extra towels, sheets etc were available in the hallway for us to self serve, great idea about the 10 dollar per day rebate for opting out of housekeeping, good breakfast selection!

Great location, I really liked the room layout. I was disappointed that parking was a daily fee and not a flare rate, and not included in the price. Next stay I will park at city hall. Otherwise it was great.

My only comment has to do with the bed… I am sensitive to beds with poor support, and the king sized bed in my room is aging. I did not sleep well until I moved to the centre of the bed, which has obviously not been slept on as much.
