I have stayed at this property a three times and each time they put be in room 110. The AC unit in this room needs to be fixed or replaced, the room was so humid and uncomfortable to be in. I advised the front desk and each time they checked out the room and felt it was ok. I requested to be moved to another room which always ended up being fine. I know the staff appear to be use to the humidity, yet I am not. I did not feel the staff took me serious with my criticism about the AC unit.
