A short stay. The location worked perfectly for us. Since we were not in the unit long, we didn’t try to deal with any issues, such as some light switches seemingly not connected to any lights. It was a bit dark. Also only one remote with two TV’s. Could only find one light for kitchen area and that was over the stove.

Terrible Communication. Their website doesnt work. CS rep has kids and pets in the background, no rep at site for issues, just one cleaner with a bucket. Parking is limited and expensive, no dining options within the area.

Sonder The O'Connor, Ottawa

Excellent size room which could easily be a small 1 bedroom apt. Good location for the things we wanted to do. Only Sonder in Ottawa that I could find on site parking...very convenient..Had a full kitchen including small dishwasher. They provide all supplies, but there is a cabinet on the main floor where you can get xtra if needed. Overall very clean and modern. I gave a good for clean because our unit had a couch, chairs, carpet and cushions that could have been cleaner and more comfortable. We had a very comfortable California king bed that was perfect, The ROKU cable tv is lousy..no local shows or sports and 35 year old shows. Original tv remotes didn't work and toaster only worked partially. Both issues corrected almost immediately when reported to front desk. The staff I met were excellent and responded quickly. Staff is onsite I believe from 9 a.m.-11:30 p.m. If the need arises, they have an app. that you can communicate most things directly ... towels, service etc. Games room, laundry facilities, gym all great. Lots of stuff nearby and the Museum of Natural History is around the corner. The hotel hits a very good price point for what you get. I checked other brand name hotels in the area that were much more expensive for 1/2 the space and conveniences. Sonder is a sub brand to one of the major chains. Well done.

They were friendly and quick to answer any concerns. However we found it strange that they didn’t provide any wash cloths even when we asked for some so we went and bought some.
