We enjoy Sonder The O'connor ! Well kept place . The concierge was very helpful . We enjoyed are stay . We made dinner with our daughter, The kitchen was very nice to cook in.! We will stay there again !

The reservation go through Expedia but then you have to put all the info of CC Id and personal picture so the hotel app can recognize you. Which is not safe for my credit card and my info. very noisy if you reserve the Ground Floor

Ottawa “The O’Connor”

Centrally located in Centretown, The O’Connor is within a 20min walk of tons of restaurants, shops, and businesses - definitely enough to keep you busy and entertained! The hotel is recently converted and renovated, so it’s nice and fresh! Shower pressure is a bit on the weaker side, but otherwise rooms are well laid out, comfortable, and clean. The check-in and check-out convenience of Sonder properties are great and I’d definitely stay at another Sonder property in the future!

Useless IT systems. Don't go.

Sonder has taken self service to the extreme, without the systems to support the client. It took a couple hours trying to make the reservation and the access instructions could not be accessed. When I opted not to travel, Sonder would not provide a refund. I will never stay with Sonder again.

Just a quick overnight stay and everything was good, lots of space , the only complaint is that the heating/cooling fan was crazy noisy, it woke me up each time it turned on, I guess it’s why there were ear plugs left on the nightstands for guests

It was continently located and clean. There was construction right outside our window knocking down houses early in the morning. Also parking was very limited. I paid for 4 nights parking and 1 evening when I came back I went to the second level parking and there was over 10 spot empty but all said reserved for staff. I parked in one of them otherwise I wouldn’t have had a spot. Shouldn’t let people buy tickets if there isn’t spots available.
