Really good property, it is next to everything but does not have a parking but you can rent one near the hotel.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this year, this was by far the best, especially given the price. The room was very spacious, with a large kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was comfortable. The virtual check in process was simple and amazing. The app is well designed, easy to navigate and the functionality to allow guests to unlock the front/ room doors using a mobile key on the app (and add it to the phone Lock Screen as a widget) was brilliant. Didn’t deal with a single person during my stay which was great - didn’t need to! The ability to communicate check in/ checkout times and adjust it was also seamless and helpful. The amenities, especially the gym was excellent. The location of this particular place was excellent. No parking which was not the most convenient but it was also Ottawa which was expected. Overall, only praise!

Great stay! I was SO impressed with the quality for the price. The sheets sucked, but if that’s my only complaint then I am beyond pleased with that! Loved having a little kitchen and the quality far exceeded the price

Overall everything was perfect. The only thing that im concern about is the louf banging sounf that came up about 4:45 in the morning every 10 minutes until 6 am. But definitely coming back for my next stay .

Fantastic. Laundry room with great machines was a godsend. Close to everything, room had everything one could need. No way I could afford this in high season, it was perfect in February! Ottawa is real nice, first class.

Sonder Ottawa a Must for Us!

Great location downtown Ottawa, very comfortable suite, great bed and amenities in the unit. Kitchen was well equipped too. Loved that we could walk to Parliament Hill, the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa Art Gallery, even in the snow! Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. 2nd time staying at 2 different Sonders, will be back!

The Sonder Arlo was the perfect location for my recent stay in Ottawa. The property is conveniently located downtown making it easy to walk to many attractions. The property was clean and very quiet. I’d definitely recommend the Sonder Arlo!!

Very comfortable and convenient

Went for weekend skate on the canal and the location was perfect. Room is very basic but well equipped and comfortable. The desk attendees were very helpful even though it’s mainly a self serve concept. Wanted to watch some curling on TSN but streaming service did not work. Downtown very quiet on weekends but lots of options within 15 minute walk.
