Did not like parking options At around 1:30 am the fire alarm went on. It was very scary and like a nightmare. We had to leave the building for one hour. So we could not sleep until 5am accordingly we woke up late about 11am and one of it two days visit ruined

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. There's some construction in the area and getting from the parking lot to the lobby before checking in can be a bit of a challenge with them having to buzz you in. The buzzer didn't work for me the first few tries and one time it went to voicemail, eventually I did get through and it was fine. Will stay again when I'm back in the Ottawa area, it's my usual go to spot when I'm here.

Super clean and accommodating! Stayed for the weekend to move my younger sister into university and luckily they were able to check us in a little earlier before hauling things around Ottawa. Loved the amenities — felt like we were in our own condo. Would stay again :)

Beautiful, spacious suites within walking distance to so many tourist attractions! We traveled with our 1 year old and the amenities of the suite made it so easy to care for him like we were at home. The kitchen has everything you need and there is in suite laundry! We would absolutely stay here again
