Very pleasant

Pretty good condition. Windows and window sills/doors needed some attention. Stayed in 2 bdrm new family suite which was extremely spacious. Busy week at the hotel, so elevators slow (no staff elevators) and a lot of waiting. Staff were great. Bring coffee- their mini drip coffee was terrible. Coffee shop downstairs doesn’t open until 8 am.

Decent Value for an aged property.

Forbwhat we paid, the property was acceptable. Overall the property os very dated, but out room was clean with the exception of a musty smell when we arrived. Once we aired out the room it was good.

Good location and right across Rideau centr. The suite modern suite was clean. The lobby is very dirty and old and the elevators are worn out as well. Old building and the lobby is disgusting

when we first arrived, the sheets on pullout were soiled and kitchen garbage was full. Also, i thought we were getting 2 double beds in the second bedroom, but it was just 1 so the pullout was needed but was old and i could feel the coils when i laid on it.
