This is hotel okay. Clean, standard services. But don’t expect much in the way of service. I stayed for three nights. The Kuric coffee machine was broken. I informed the staff on thr first day and they never did anything to fix or replace it. It was in room 502 so if you stay here ask for a different room.

The hotel was great. The gym and pool were very user friendly- they even have a lift to help people get into the pool if needed. We had a person in our party who needed the wheelchair parking and the staff were wonderful.

Reception person Heather was magnificent. There was obviously some miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel regarding our booking. It showed incorrectly as cancelled. Heather resolved it all , but it could have been tragic
