The Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice and clean . Breakfast was okay but very limited choices . The bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I got little to no sleep . I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me and did not receive one. Unfortunately we had to checkout a day early due to a family situation.

The room was very nice with the exception of the bathtub faucet. It wouldn't turn all the way off. The only problem we had was that we had 4 people in the room and there were only 3 towels and washcloths. We asked for more and the first time we were given them but the second time we never ever got them. Other than that everything was ok. I realize it's not often you need that many towels but we were there for a basketball tournament and we had two players with us that needed to take a shower after the games each day.

The manager and assist manger were horrible the most rudest ppl I have ever encountered with ! Have no peoples skills at all . Spoke to children about staying when they should have spoke to the adults told my son to leave if he was a guest he is 8 years old who tells a child that instead of taking to the parents or adults . Room has dirty wash cloth hanging from previous ppl , bathroom doors wasn’t closing ! Room door kept getting b stuck staying open not locking ! Very very unprofessional the manger Barbara she was horrible and rude I have never felt that way in my life and the rudeness she had in front of children !!

My door to my room didn't lock. Reservations kept getting mixed up. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Never enough food at breakfast, definitely could have done better there

Good night sleep
Room was very nice and updated. Beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had! Breakfast was ok….potatoes and sausage tasted off but eggs and waffles were decent. Not a large selection but enough for a quick bite. Location was good and quiet! Would stay again because of the wonderful night sleep we had, hoping breakfast will improve for next time though.
