We come every year at Christmas time to see our grandkids. The hotel was recently renovated and it looks great! Love it here! Friendly staff, good breakfast service, and dog friendly. Perfect for us!
I specifically loved that the breakfast each morning was slightly different in terms of what the hot items were. Especially when you have a multi-night stay it's nice to not have to eat the exact same thing everyday. The only thing that was a little frustrating was I had reserved our rooms online and did not see a way to request adjoining rooms so I wrote it in the comments on both of the rooms that I purchased. When I got to check in and asked if they were joining rooms, I was abruptly told that I didn't pay for that and it's an upgrade. It would have been much nicer if the person had stated that while they saw it on our file, since I didn't pay for it at the time they couldn't automatically do it but that I could choose to upgrade now. They made it sound like they don't even see the comments that are written in when you reserve. Overall it was fine, we had rooms directly across the hallway from each other and the beds were comfortable which is a must!
Love the layout of the room we were in. The whole building felt well maintained (is it new?). The breakfast was fantastic. My daughter loved the waffle bar.
Hotel is fine but their workout room is closed, and they made no provision for that (for instance, moving the weight rack into a conf. Room) and received no prior notification.
I chose this location due to the reviews. I was not disappointed. The room and facility were clean. The Front desk, staff and the general manager were friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast by Rosa was Exceptional. The area was super clean and offered items that I have never experienced from other hotels. The western omelettes and smoked sausage was delicious. I was very impressed and I would return here In a heartbeat.
My stay was amazing. They were able to get me a room with a tub that was SO helpful because of my days training in the rain and cold I was able to ease my aches and pains away in a warm soak at the end of the day. The room was so spacious and I slept like a baby every night. The staff were so kind.
