The hotel bumped me up to a suite because they did not have my room ready upon arrival. I was good with that. There was a huge issue with parking when I returned from my family Christmas. There was a large party in one of the convention rooms and they took all of the parking. A number of guests were not able to park on the property. After driving around for 40 minutes, I told the employee at the desk that I was going to park at the front doors under the canopy for the evening.

Room 323. Washroom door not functioning properly. Heating/Cooling system was either too hot or too cold (a/c on in Dec?) Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Suite is big , same layout as other Hampton inn. Breakfast is subpar than others , coffee is not hot and below standard. Sofa bed is hard as rock and you can feel the springs .
