The facilities are spotless and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Hotel staff is beyond accommodating and polite, especially the breakfast ladies. Our TV didn’t work upon checking in and was fixed within minutes. Very close to the 417 and being from out of town, we had no issues getting around. Uber services (food and driving) were there within minutes. last but not least, the underground parking is an absolute bonus! Highly, highly!

New Year’s Stay to visit friends.
The Hampton was prefect for our trip. Visiting friends close by. Large spacious, quiet room. Excellent amenities in room. Did not use the pool or gym; breakfast has good selection of hot & cold items. Staff were polite & helpful.

I liked the cleanliness, breakfast service and professionalism. I did not like that there was someone going door to door and soliciting donations of some sort. To my knowledge, this is not allowed and it is only the hotel staff that can knock on the room door if need be!

We were in town for a post-Christmas break visiting friends. Checkin was very quick and hassle free, even though the hotel was busy with the World Junior Hockey championships. At various times in our visit the underground parking was full, but there was always a spot or two of overflow parking behind the hotel. I suspect this Hampton is getting closer to being due for a refresh. While the room was nice and clean, both beds were somewhat lumpy, and the fridge in the room didn't work (we got another within an hour). Still, a good value for what we paid. Breakfast was fine, exactly what we would expect in a free hotel brekkie - eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, coffee, etc. No surprises there. Overall we were quite happy and would come back for sure.
