My stay here was great. Room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would like to say a special thank you to Richard Lam, the front desk manager. He helped me to extend my stay and I very much appreciate it. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Convenient refurbed hotel in Western Ottawa suburb just off the 417 highway. Lots of parking and walking distance to grocery store and a restaurant called "Tommys" - great food. Friendly staff at reception. Rooms have been fixed up with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good with fresh product. Bathrooms were fine but watch for slippery tub bottom. No grab bar for entrance /exit. Towels fluffy and clean. Would use this as a base for longer visits to Ottawa.

I have stayed at this property a few times before and had zero issues, this time things were a little different. While getting ready in bathroom to go out for the evening I could hear the door to my room open, I looked out and saw a person in my room. They quickly left. I went down to the front desk to bring it to their attention and the manager said “ oh yeah that was housekeeping.” No apology - added that they were not sure if the room cleaning at been completed and came in to check !
