Good stay but I was disappointed with one issue
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly a good experience. The room was clean and in good condition, the service staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was very good with a variety of options. However, I was disappointed to find a cockroach in the toilet, which was quite unsettling. While the room itself was clean, this issue needs to be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. I hope the management takes steps to resolve this.

The location was good. They have rooms where you can walk out to the car which made it easier to load and unload our luggage. The breakfast was great as well. They had lots of choices for the family.

Decent hotel. We would have preferred a first floor room as there is no elevator available and we were not aware of that when booking. So we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs that were not totally safe especially with being wet due to the snow. Add to this, we had just arrived from a 5 hour road trip in the middle of a snow storm, and the front desk staff asked me to park my car somewhere else but she didn’t specify where exactly. Other than that, the staff in later days were friendly. Breakfast was fine. One more thing to mention that for two nights, at least a group of 4-5 guests stayed out in the hallway outside our room chatting for at least an hour and they were loud. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Nice and to the point with no major frills
Great place if all you want is a clean bed and a good value. People were respectful of noise and the staff were super friendly. Lots of minor conveniences like a mini shop at the front desk and really good breakfast in the mornings.
