I felt really uncomfortable when I didn't reply in time to the knock on the door. The staff lady opened the door with her keys without waiting for me, and it caught me off guard. It was a horrible experience." It was the lady who came to fill the kitchen stuff it was not Lucy .

Clean and modern facility with everything we needed to have a good night's sleep. Requested a cot for the child in our room and it was delivered within half an hour of our request. Excellent hot breakfast with fresh croissants! We would definitely go back again and recommend it to others. A big step up from the regular hotels we have stayed at in Ottawa in the past.

Good location and services. Staff is unpleasant, older gentleman working the counter had an attitude. If one cannot control their attitude when talking to a customer, they should not be in hospitality.
