The hotel room was clean, clear and specious and you could find everything you want as hotel there. However, the breakfast was not great and the waiters reached came to our table immediately after finishing breakfast and give us the check before we ask them for it. They clearly waited us to leave the dining room impatiently while there are a lot of available tables for other guests.

Hotel at first glance looks extremly clean. However, within 20 min of being in the room we found two huge bugs. My husband killed them immediately. He assumed they came in from outside or w.e- we were not sure what they were at first until the next morning when we checked out... another guest checking out in front of me had a photo of the same bug on her phone and was showing the staff she had found it in her bed.. she referred to it as a roach...the staff did not correct her, just apologized and offered her free breakfast as a comp. We went out to dinner late in the evening. When returning to the hotel there were multiple drug addicts walking through the parking lot checking car doors... reading reviews i had no idea we were in a bad area or should worry.. the staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The room was generally clean but i wouldnt return due to the neighbourhood and the bugs.. not for me...

This was a good location and the staff were friendly. With the small kitchenette in the rooms (We had two), I gave my wife the one with the least food smells in it. It wasn't awful by any means but we weren't able to get the odour out. I would stay here again if we needed to.

We were in Ottawa for a wedding & the staff both added portable accessory toilet seat & grab bar for my wife AND allowed early check in so we could freshen up prior to going to the wedding. Very pleased with the service. The hotel was overall pretty good shape but looks like it needs a bit of an upgrade in the near future. The only real reason I didn't give this a higher rating is access to the Hotel is a bit of a pain, but that's due to the location. Some directional signs might help.
