The property is nice, clean, not perfect, but pretty close. i find the bathrooms have the toilet a bit too close to the vanity and the bowl itself is round, therefore small. otherwise its a mix of modern meets nostalgic. the wifi however could use an upgrade, i couldn't get it past 5mbit anywhere in my room. i forgot my ethernet cable so i couldn't test to see if plugging in directly would have helped. all that said, the staff was nice and very helpful and would definitely stay again, and hope they upgrade their networking when i do go next.

Great hotel for the price, right downtown, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. Parking garage behind property and an outside lot for larger trucks (extra $25 per night). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Bed was comfy and clean, so were the towels and bath robes :)

The only good thing about this hotel were the staff. The front of house a valet staff were lively, funny and charming. The “Majestic King” was far from majestic. Disappointed that I paid extra for this room. That’s probably an understatement. It was small, ceiling paint peeling in the bathroom. The tissue box was empty and the handwash as well. We were put on the second floor where the conference rooms are and looked out to a brick wall and a homeless person living in the alley. I can truly say I will not return to this property.
