Beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the river and Lake Ontario! Large, clean rooms. Many dining options in the area, including at the hotel. Quick drive to SUNY Oswego. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Restaurant offered nice selections for lunch/dinner. Accommodations basic but clean. Could use some refreshing, but everyone was very nice. Offered complementary breakfast as well.

I didn’t like having to compete for parking with people visiting. There should be designated parking spaces for hotel guests. Our room had a really unpleasant smell to it and the carpet wasn’t clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of food available.

Clarion stay

Was pretty clean. Staff was great especially continental breakfast women! My daughter loved making waffles with me! Was super convenient to have Splash in same building. My only complaint, not really fault of anyone, garbage truck came at 5 am Saturday morning and woke up my daughter and I (very loud). Apparently the dumpster was directly below our open window!

Fine for 1 night…

The hotel was fine for 1 night. Bed was comfortable. Room was dated with some stains on furniture and bathroom was very small. I was disappointed to find that we had to go to the hotel next door to use the pool as there is only a water park (for little kids) on site. Steamers restaurant downstairs was great.
