Room spacious and clean.. very well updated. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was not very good, seemed short staffed and not many choices. Overall they stay was excellent and would stay again.

The lady at the front desk was nice however when we arrived in our room there was food in the fridge, the kitchen was dirty, crumbs in the bed. They switched our room but I think we should have gotten a discount or something.

Remarkable staff
From the time we checked in, the staff and facilities were amazing. The woman who checked us in told us she loves her job, and when there was a mix-up with payment (I had paid in advance, but the charge went through), working together the staff had taken care of it by the time we came down to check out. Kudos especially to Sheila. The front desk manager told me that she was stepping in (and stepping up!) to help at the front desk when they were short handed. When I talked to Sheila about the charges, not only was she cheerful and helpful, but after we went out and came back that evening, she remembered us, and located another employee to also help us. This woman is helpful, smart and deserves a full-time front desk position. Additionally the morning manager (I want to say her name was Leanne?) was also amazing when we checked out on July 13. Love this staff. I will definitely stay here when I am in town to see my daughter who is attending SUNY Oswego.

They couldn’t find our reservation or the reservation before us. Horrible check-in even though we had a confirmation email. Breakfast was out of two different juices. They also only had one person running all of breakfast and the front desk.

The room needs some updating but other then that are stay was great. We were able to enjoy fireworks from the Oswego speedway that was right next to the hotel. The hotel had a nice fire pit area that we were able to enjoy. The pool was big and clean for the kids. We had a great stay for a couple of nights.

I love the care that is taken in keeping the property clean and smelling fresh. Clearly, the staff and management have the same high expectations for the way the property/reception area/elevator/bathrooms and guest rooms are to be maintained. In addition, the customer service upon checking in was excellent!!!

Great property! I love how the rooms have dividers for a little added privacy. I like that there’s a dishwasher full size fridge and sink. It would be nice if there was a cooktop. Love the shower! Only complaint was the loud children running the hallways and banging on doors at midnight. But that’s on the parents not the hotel.

Room was massive for a single, very spacious and lots of space and the morning breakfast provided was delicious. Didn’t like the location since I spent most of the time by the lake over the bridge, but I drove every time so it was fine

The pool area was filthy. Only dirty towels on the tiles, and dirty socks someone had left behind. Bandaid in the water. And brown stains. Told the front desk but the girl said she was the only one on staff so couldn’t do anything about it. Weened baseball tournament was on but breakfast on weekends doesn’t start until 7 so the players couldn’t get anything to eat.
