Hotel is super convenient for Oslo Central Station and for public transport links. The breakfast is extensive and fantastic. The gym is well equipped generally was not too busy. The pool is very, very small and can be hugely crowded with small children dive bombing in. The steam room and sauna were also very busy. Generally the hotel is just so large that there are many people everywhere and it feels congested - lifts, lobby, breakfast room.
There is also a risk that the room will be very noisy due to hotel functions. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and could hear loud dance music in the room. I complained to the desk, and was told it will be continuing until 1am and there was nothing that could be done. I was offered earplugs but the gentleman on the desk then couldn't find any, so nothing was done. We just had to wait for the music to eventually stop. So if you are going at a peak time and want a restful night guaranteed this is not the best choice of hotel.
