Manager was rude at check in. Rooms are outdated. Walls thin, could hear the couple in the room above me have sex twice. Breakfast was being closed down before the advertised time. Houskeeping knocked on the door three times before checkout.

It's ok

We were charged $10 more than the cost on hotels.com and it has to be cash or a card would be more. The shower went hot to cold over and over. The refrigerator was unplugged and we didn't notice, so our food went bad.

Clean room & great/ friendly staff

The room was nice and clean, front desk and morning/ breakfast staff where friendly and talkative, very easy to speak with. When I hit Lake Winnebago again, Ill be staying there. Resturant tight next door (didnt go to) and gas station and other resturants within walking distance. I will stay again & do recommend.

No rest at this hotel

Night Clerk appeared to have been asleep when I arrived. After announcing myself several times i knocked on the office door and she appeared. The room above me had very noisey people that started at 3am and continued until 430 when i packed and returned to front desk. Appeared that i had to awake clerk in similar fashion asking for a refund or another room. Put me in a different room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Clerk never offered an apology.

There was hair and dust all over the bathroom floor. Tables weren't dusted in the corners. Sheets had bumps on them, and should be replaced. The included breakfast was great. There was an excellent variety of food to choose from! Staff was amazing.
