There was an electrical fire (small and in laundry room) during our stay. The staff handled everything so well!! Kudos to them!!! Give them all a pat on the back for doing fantastic!! However they should not put their lives endanger for guests. That’s the fire fighters job, Give them a list of rooms with guests and go on. The staff had to check every floor/room with guests. Which is very unfortunate had the fire been worse!! The fire was very small and minimal. There was a bar of soap opened sitting high up in the shower, so there is no way they cleaned it fully. Should have been offered a discount for our stay, but was not.

The pull out couch was cover in white and red stains and the sheets on the bed were inside out and dirty on the underside. Also the fire alarms started going off at 10:00pm due to the fact that the dryers lint trap where not cleaned out. No one would relay any information to us while waiting to return to our rooms.

Our stay at Comfort Suites Oshkosh was average. The biggest plus was the friendliness of the staff and the convenience of nearby shopping. Otherwise, this review would be very different. The hotel itself is pretty outdated. Therefore, the cleanliness was just so-so. We had a two queen suite. The small pullout couch had multiple stains on the cushions and the carpet is old and definitely needs replaced or deeply cleaned. The game room could be fun if you are willing to spend some extra money to play pool or gamble. During our stay, the ping pong table was "out of service" due to the lack of paddles. I guess you could bring your own or purchase them at Walmart a few miles away.

Worst stay ever!!
My stay was horrible. Got in our first room and it started right away. The toilet didn't want to flush. Then the pool was out if service and that was one of the reasons i booked the was the pool. Then the tub in shower would not drain. WILL NEVER recommend a stay there!! I did go to front desk n complained about tub n toilet gave me a different room n had the same problem with drain in shower. Need a refund or should of got at least 1 night free. The guy at desk did say he would let manager know that i was NOT happy. Took my name and # will see if i get a call back. Doubt it!!
