Appreciative of an early check-in. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Close to GO Train. The rooms are in need of a massive overhaul. Pool is permanently closed. No black-out curtains. Breakfast was meh.

Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was low, could be fixed by replacing the showerhead with a better model. Breakfast items were not allowed to be brought back to the room despite using a voucher system to verify proof of being a hotel guest. I believe this should be changed.

Needs major updating. Carpets stained, shower heads high pressure because of build up, slow draining tub, rust on towel holder. But at least they have a clean fridge and microwave and the beds were comfortable.

Not the best. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was disgusting, and wasn’t even edible, and was only warmed up eggs and hash browns. Front desk staff aren’t even at the desk. If you need a cheap hotel, sure.

This place should be closed and gutted. The entire property smells like a dirty ashtray. The pool was advertised however i was told its been closed "for about 2 years" for repairs. I had an actual asthma attack. We checked out before 7am, and only stayed the 1 night we did as i had already spent the day in the car travelling with my kids. I booked the property as it was pet friendly and had a pool for my kids. Would not recommend. If i could give zero stars i would

The gentleman who checked us in was very curt, and not at all helpful, or friendly. He said he only worked nights. The hotel (when i booked it) said it had a pool, when i arrived...there was a sign apologizing stating it was permanently closed. My kids were seriously disappointed. The bathtub had no stopper, so we ended stuffing it with a washcloth. There were no blackout drapes. There were just sheers, so the bright lights outside could not be blocked. It wasnt horrible though. The dining area looked very nice. The breakfast was actually good. I didn't like that you were not allowed to bring any of it up to your room, so trying to get small children to stay seated and stay and eat thier breakfast early in the mornimg wasnt fun. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning ladies were very friendly and did a great job in our room.

Older hotel conveniently located off the 401. Great for short stay. Comfortable bed and clean. Issues with the shower head being all clogged and just dripping, barely any jets worked and the TV signal was on/off, hard to follow what they are saying in a show. It's a hotel, it wouldn't without the people talking loud in the hallway at 3:30am! Overall, good one night stay. Lots of restaurants within driving distance, front desk gentleman was very pleasant and efficient! Would stay again.
