We like that the hotel is pet friendly and has a nice pool that opens early enough that there is time for a swim before you start your day. The staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant is very comfortable and the food good. However, the areas for walking the dog are limited and after a snowstorm non-existent as snow was piled everywhere. Overall this is a very nice hotel and I expect we will be back.

Entered our king room to find the carpets pulled up in spots and there was sharp metal sticking up from the ground. We were then given another room where the same thing was going on. We then just decided to go to a different hotel for the night. The Hilton garden inn Ajax was incredibly disappointing. We would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.
