The front door was not working well and there was a night where everyone’s key to their room wasn’t working. My wife couldn’t get into her room for 30 minutes and wasn’t feeling well. She had to sit on the floor outside our room while I went down a few times before they finally were able to fix the issue. Other than that the staff and everything was great.

My daughter and i enjoyed iur overnight stay. The front desk staff at check in was quite helpful and friendly. Our room was quite comfoetable, clean and roomy. I would stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. And the convenience to get on the go train is good to take you to Toronto without hassle. Every time we come to Toronto we drag here because of the conveinience.
