Well I went to inquire about checking in at 12:45. A little early but parking lot was empty. I then noticed that this place was not just a hotel but had residents living there. It was not very clean and had some interesting people loitering around. I then tried to cancel my reservation as I did not feel comfortable staying there. They would not let me cancel , thus I had to dispute the charge on my cc.
Went next door for breakfast. Returned at 9:25 am to find someone else moved in our room and our belongings removed. Check out is 11:00 and check in is 2:00. Thought I was goi g to have to call police to get my belongings back. Very poor customer service. Plus no amenities.
