It was an “ok” stay
Overall the stay was ok. But the hotel side needs to be updated. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.(but the casino did not). The service was excellent. Very nice people. The room was clean but the bed sloped down at the headboard so had to sleep the other way. They definitely need to update the rooms. They were very dark with color scheme of dark burgundy and dark brown.

Always a good time
The casino was great. Restaurant had limited menu choices but the food was delicious and the service was great. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. The bed, bedding, walls, and carpet are dated and especially the bed and bedding could use replacement. Felt like we slept on rocks. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Overall pleasant stay.

After driving 850 miles you woke us up at 5 AM with an Evacuation Alarm; which ended up being a false alarm! Spoke to some one at the front desk; asking for a refund. She informed me that wasn’t possible, as I reserved the room through a third party. Facing another 859 mile drive with little sleep was unacceptable!!! Please refund my money!

desk staff was a bit overwhelmed when we arrived. I was given keys to a room that was already occupied. So that was a bit awkward. She was very apologetic when she realized her mistake.

The 3 nights we stayed there we did not have our room serviced once. Even with leaving the “Please Service Our Room” sign inserted into the key slot like prompted. The lobby and open restroom was nicely kept. The hallway smelled like cigarettes but we are connected to a casino so that wasn’t an issue. Overall the stay was great. I just wish we would’ve have our room kept up with. We had to go to the front desk every night requesting shower towels which felt inconvenient for not just us but also the front desk associate.
