Kitchen staff was the best!

Great value for the price! Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great and cafeteria ladies were sooooo kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very easy to get to, right next to the station. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get to attractions sights, an easy walk or easy to locate/use trains/subway. Beds were a little firm but didn't mind and the breakfast is definately more Japanese traditional. Overall thou a good experience

The place is near Yotsubashi Station for Osaka Metro or Subway by a minute walk but rather far towards Shinsaibashi, Namba , Dotonbori or Kuromon ichiba Market if not by train. A great walk of about not less than half and hour or more is possible for the ones who like sight seeing along the main road before reaching those interesting tour guide areas.

The only thing i like about this place is the Free Breakfast Buffet. It wasn't your typical continental breakfast. It was Japanese dishes that tasted like home cook meal. Also, the train station is only a 2 minute walk. Everything else is so-so. Here are my critique; 1. The late 4 pm check in. (Orbitz states 3pm but no, its incorrect) And they are very strict with that time. Most hotels check in time are 3 pm, but they can let you in even earlier if the room is available. I got there at 2pm, they told me to wait until 4pm. But if i join their loyalty program, for a $15 fee I can check in at 3pm. I came back at 330 pm, they still won't let me in. So i paid the $15 fee. And they let me in immediately. Clearly the room had been ready. 2. The Early Check Out time; 10 am! And you get rushed because the staff will start cleaning all the rooms at 830 am. 3. No lock safe. Funny enough, there is a note in your room telling you of increase theft around the area, and for you to use the safe. But my room did not have a safe. 4. The room is ok, small but decent. You only get 1 pillow though. Standard for any hotel rooms should be 2 pillows. 5. The bathroom is very small. I'm 5'7 and even i feel cramped. If you are over 6 ft, then be aware. Would i stay in this hotel again? Most likely not. For me, i need the standard check in time and late check out time. For a traveler like me, i need the safe lock available, for a peace of mind.

I requested for non smoking room but was rejected. The room allocated to me had a strong tobacco audour and I had headache after staying in it. The toilet is so tiny I kept knockng into the walls. The toilet bowl is so small only a 6 year old child could use.
