Excellent hotel for the families. Quiet area but literally right next to the train station so very convenient to get around to any location.Several top notch bakeries and restaurants in the area. Rooms were relatively spacious according to Japan standards and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

新しいホテルで、駅の真上にあり、1階にはコンビニもあり、とても便利でした。部屋もキレイで気持ちの良い空間でしたが、唯一、背もたれがほぼ無いに等しい椅子１つしかなく、腰痛持ちの私にはしんどかったです。せめて小さなテーブルでもあれば良かったのですが。

This is our second time staying at this hotel while visiting Osaka. We love the value that this hotel offers for the price. It’s clean, close to transport, there’s a family mart right next door, and the room is bigger than average for Japan.

4 nights stay - the staff was very friendly especially for non-Japanese speaking guest. most of our services were automated but when a staff member was needed they responded promptly and with patience. Rooms are spacious by Japan standards and the Royal park is super clean. The station entrance is right next door and so is another combi. For the price you can’t find better

Checkin was fast and checkout was faster using the machine in the lobby. We loved the room and the lounge with free coffee/tea. I sat on the outdoor patio off the lounge one night to rest. It was a gorgeous evening and even walked up to the rose garden 3 minutes away. We mostly used this as a place to sleep and dined in nearby Nara and Kobe. We didn’t try the breakfast although it looked delicious. We enjoyed the location as the train line is right next door and connected underground. Due to this hotel being in what looks to be a financial district, we also tried the bakery next door and nearby eateries. There is a family mart here too to grab convenient snacks.

The room was very clean, and it was also great having access to a gym. The hotel is located next to a Family Mart and the subway station for the Midosuji line. The area around the hotel is really nice with restaurants and cafes.

Comfortable stay in Kitahama

We stayed 4 nights at the Royal Park Canvas conveniently located next to Kitahama station and about 15 min from Osaka station. Rooms were adequate, King bed was comfortable, staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok. They offer free coffee/tea/flavoured water at the lounge throughout the day which was a plus. Lots of restaurants nearby. Location is quiet if you don't want to stay in Namba area etc. We flew out of Osaka KIX airport and we taxi'd to Namba stn (15min - 25,000 yen) then took the train to airport (35min - 15,000 yen/pp) Overall, a good hotel with decent amenities (incl. 4 laundry machines in the basement)

My favourite hotel of my trip so far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a train station directly beside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Similarly, there was a 7/11 also right beside the hotel, which was nice. The only comment I have is that there wasn’t an easily accessible microwave. You either had to go down to the store next door to heat up your food, or go down to the front desk to ask them to do it. Other than that, greatly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely stay again!
